Your Biological Calendar
Each one of us has a magical date that serves as a point of reference: our birthday.
The day of birth is when our biological year begins. Our ‘year’, just as a calendar, is divided into twelve months. If, for example, you were born on May 3, then your first ‘month’ starts on May 3 and ends on June 2, and the last is from April 3 to May 2.
Our bodies have a certain rhythm that follows our biological year: ups alternating with downs. During the ups we are, of course, energetic, happy and lucky, and during downs, we are sluggish, irritable, passive, unsuccessful, and sometimes even irrational. Problem is, if you go against these biorhythms and try to overcome the "bad" months, there is a risk of making things even worse and even falling into depression.
"Bad" months are the second and the twelfth. Those who complain about birthdays being a "useless vacation" are often born at the end of summer or spring. They should take their vacations during the "bad" months. Now take a look at what exactly is bad about the second and the twelfth months.
The second month usually comes to mind for people who are prone to obesity as a period of complete helplessness and fall to the onslaught of tasty temptations. Because of this, once the third month hits, these individuals suddenly become much healthier.
You should not resent your body: your stomach is not just acting up, it’s just accumulating energy resources. And of course, it’s a good idea to help your body in this noble cause. During the second month, you should start eating vitamins; the results will be great if, for example, your diet includes more fruits and vegetables. Also, try not to make major purchases during this period – this time is very vulnerable to regretful mistakes.
The twelfth month of the biological is a time to come to conclusions. If you had to "freeze" your spending in the second month, be it your money or energy, now is the time start passively accumulating your energy for mental health: collect what is called the "vital impetus" or the "will to win." This period is especially important for people with creative professions, those who have a tendency lose their aim during the twelfth month. Many talented people made the decision to end his own lives just a month before their birthdays, some even became victims of "unconscious suicide," such as a heart attack a car accident (as referred to by psychologists)... However, even conventional non-genii individuals should learn to avoid depression and other mental health problems. So what should you do?
As far as the advice goes, not much effort or work is required – have a very good rest in solitude, to read your favourite book. Think about the meaning of life, about your goals and aims, and plan your next move in the game against Fortune. During this period, it’s time to fine-tune our understanding of fate and turn defeat into victory.
"Good" months are the first month, fifth, sixth, tenth and eleventh biological months. As you can see, there are more bright stripes in life than dark ones. This is a reason to be optimistic! When the imaginary hand of our "biological clock" falls onto these happy divisions, we notice ain efficiency, mood, easy solutions, and luck. Each "good" month is good and lucky in its own way.
During the first biological month, your body gets updated, defensive against disease, it’s even noted in statistics that the chance of heart attack during the first biological month is one of the lowest. However, we often lose this fruitful time because we focus too much on celebrating our birthdays! The first month can be quite exciting, but Nature does not like having Her gifts scattered and wasted. If you cut off the very tip of this productive pyramid, than the second, "bad" month, will be harder than it has to be. A year can pass fruitlessly while the first month gave us a "magical" ability that we let go to waste. You can predict an entire coming year from the first 12 days following your birthday; a year can even be "programmed". Get a small diary for these12 days. Don’t necessarily describe the events - just describe your emotional day: happy, sad, successful or not. It will be interesting to see how months will coincide with these 12 “newborn" days. A small diary will also help in planning; for example, if you are sick on the eighth day, try not to plan anything important in the eighth month as it may disappointment you.
But if you looked at yourself in the mirror on the fifth day and were pleased to see that your hair and makeup turned out particularly well, than the fifth month should be scheduled around meeting people! Start each day with a smile, and the year will run smoother and prove to be more enjoyable. It only makes sense to live the second and twelfth days of this "mini-Year"as- the prototypes of corresponding months.
Observe your newborn baby for the first 12 days . If you record the behaviour of the mother’s and infant’s health carefully, it will not be difficult to predict and prevent many problems in the first year of the baby’s life. This is especially true because a baby’s biorhythms have just started up, so during these days (and especially - in the second and twelfth), it is particularly important for the baby to feel the support, kindness and warmth of the mother.
The fifth month is usually memorable if you have a vacation . During this joyous time, it’s good to deal with children – you will have a lot of fun. And if you are a creative person, look out for your Muse: she likes to visit on the fifth biological month.
Sixth month of Biology - the worker. Even the routine, at other times deeply disgusting things and burn in their hands.
The tenth month carries a healthy dose ambition and dulls out self-criticism. This combination makes even the shyest of us emerge from our shells and express unlimited, almost bloated confidence that may be very good to take to our bosses and demand a raise.
The connections of the eleventh month allow you to start being useful; we become active, communicative and curious. If you want to make new friends, use the eleventh month for traveling to wherever you think it’s easiest to meet new people.
This month is good for planning - describe the prospects of next year, schedule professional boundaries, major purchases, and set your goals that for the new year.
The rest of the year has only "neutral" months left – they to not affect your biorhythm .
